Background

 

Fosh sells premium mens’ accessories. When we started working with them, their sales hit a plateau thanks to iOS 14 updates that made scaling their ad account difficult. Fosh came to us to find a solution to their stagnant sales and adspend. They were happy with their CPA, but they want to increase sales volume.

Process

 

After mining thousands of reviews, social forums and surveying past customers, we were able to break down their target customers into 3 different sub-profiles:


- Men with minimalistic fashion
- Men who tend to lose their wallets very often
- People looking to buy gifts that are not too expensive nor too cheap

 

Then we created ads and landing pages to target each sub-profile with hyper specific messaging and customer testimonials. 
 

Results

 

Sometimes, strong results are not immediate. This was definitely the case when we started working with Fosh. And I’m not going to lie, we were nervous that we would not be able to make a big difference for the client. However, 6 weeks after we began our partnership, our efforts started to produce positive results! 

 

At the time of writing, Fosh has been a client for 1 full year. During that period, we managed to increase their YoY sales by a whopping 180%

While ensuring that their CPA remained constant! As you can see below, their adspend throughout that period also increased by exactly 180%. Fosh was able to scale their store to almost 3x sales without having their cost of acquisition go up.
